End time: 6:00 pm eastern
Expected Outage/Downtime: 2 hours but could be longer
The purpose of this work is to replace the NVMe drives on server304. The old drives have been giving us problems and really need to be replace before there is catastrophic data loss.
This requires server304 to be powered down so the drives can be replaced. Then the new drives have to be installed and then data copied from the old drives to the new drives. During this maintenance window, we expect you will experience up to 2 hours of interruption in service while we complete the task. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and the time to transfer the data is not 100% known, it's possible downtime may be longer.
We will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. If you have any problems with your server after the specified time period then please submit a ticket.
